Novartis Pharmaceuticals
Novartis Pharmaceuticals new Research and Development Laboratories required a new specific furniture solution. During an eighteen-month period we modified the furniture solution to maximise the desk space and storage within the building. To meet Novartis’ wide range of requirements, we assembled loose furniture products from a number of European manufacturers. These products were collated at our warehouse allowing pre-programmed phased deliveries to all areas. Other major clients for whom we have supplied and installed new furniture projects have included Morgan Stanley and Kodak.
Morgan Stanley
Morgan Stanley In 1985 Morgan Stanley moved into 25 Cabot Square and contracted Consolidated to install 1500 steel casework stations. The successful completion of this initial project resulted in Consolidated securing the account for all furniture reconfiguration.
In 1995 Morgan Stanley expanded into their new building at 20 Cabot Square. With a new building came a need for all the move management services and new furniture, as an accredited Hayworth dealer, Consolidated secured the contract to install the new workstations and furnishings. With the successful completion of this major new project, Consolidated was awarded the account to supply Hayworth furniture in an ongoing basis. The next few years saw ongoing growth, movement and changes at Morgan Stanley and we grew and moved and changed to meet Morgan Stanley’s evolving needs.
By 1997 Consolidated was providing Morgan Stanley with comprehensive logistical support services, completing moves, fulfilling contracts, enabling and carrying out a range of different and demanding projects.
By 2001 Consolidated had invested in space, systems, infrastructure and people. Providing Morgan Stanley with a large on-site team to support daily moves and changes requirements alongside experienced project managers. With a vast modern storage and archiving warehouse facilitating Morgan Stanley’s storage and inventory requirements.
With international projects occurring in Morgan Stanley sites in Dubai and Europe this relationship has continue to grow in strength and Consolidate continue to take on further responsibilities supporting the in-house moves and changes team. The history of our relationship with Morgan Stanley is one of trust, of growth, of constant evolution. Ours is a relationship build on services delivered and expectations exceeded.
